Gleam Clean was established around 25 years ago by Graham Fuller and his father Bob Fuller.  They built the company up from scratch, cleaning & selling cars also with the occasional repair.          
Through the years Gleam Clean grew in both areas of Car valeting and the vehicle repairs into what it is now, The largest Bodyshop and Car Valeter’s in Worthing.

   Phil & Clare Young bought Gleam Clean in

   December 2007 and have many refreshing

   ideas of the way forward for the company.

Phil Young (Director) has worked in the vehicle repair business for over 25 years and is qualified in Mechanical, Stripping & Refitting, Panel beating and Paint Spraying, Phil also has a class 2 HGVwith much experience in the vehicle Recovery side too.  Phil became the foreman of Gleam Clean back in 1998 and worked as Graham Fuller’s right hand man, organising the busy workshops and maintaining a high standard of work throughout the years.

Phil prides himself on his quality of work stating “I treat every car as it was my own”.

    Clare Young (Director) started out working at Caffyns Repair Centre back in 1993 as a receptionist,
    this is where she met Phil, the foreman.  Clare worked with Phil for a number of years until hel left Caffyns 

    and joined Gleam Clean. Clare remained at Caffyns for a further year and joined him at Gleam Clean a year later, 

    until Clare & Phil decided to start a family.

    Heide Barnes is the accounts clerk who has recently joined us when the company was
    taken over by Phil & Clare.  Heide deals with invoices, accounts, banking and payroll within the company.
